Over 10 years of yoga experience

I began practicing yoga at a time when my life felt as if everything was turned turned upside downof my life when events turned everything upside down. Yoga helped me re-find balance and peace of mind. I began the study of yoga while living in Buenos Aires (Argentina). I then pursued studying yoga in every place i went to. I have had the fortune to study with teachers from many different parts of the world in Venezuela, Japan, India and the US.

I do yoga because:
I love it. Practicing yoga not only energizes me and helps keep me healthy. It also allows me to meet wonderful people and to touch many lives through teaching. Practicing yoga regularly has become a way of living for me. In combination with meditation, yoga helps me build focus and determination as well as compassion towards those around me.

My favorite yoga postures:
Inversions and back bends. Turning myself upside down allows me to see the world from a different perspective. Backbends help me feel open and receptive to whatever comes my way.

When I do yoga I feel:
Tuned in to the present moment as in deep meditation.

I take yoga off my mat and into the world by:
I bring yoga into my everyday life in many ways. I practice such values as compassion, understanding and detachment in my relationships. I have learned the importance of letting go in difficult times when the ego wants to take control.
